Dialed In closed out the June 29-30 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-year-olds in Training Sale with a $350,000 purchased by Lauren Carlisle, agent near the end of Tuesday’s session.
The dark bay filly, hip No. 552, was consigned SBM Training and Sales, agent.
“I loved her as a yearling,” SMB’s Kevin McKathan said. “She was a beautiful filly. She cost plenty of money. But I just loved her and with the pedigree I thought there was a little upside on her.”
She was one of only six horses in the sale to work a furlong in 10 seconds flat during last week’s Under Tack show.
Bred in Kentucky by Linda Griggs, the filly is out of Fall Fantasy and is a full sister to Chalon, Dialed In’s multiple stakes winner who also was runner-up in the Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint (G1).
Dialed In is the sire of five stakes horses this year, led by Grade 2 winner My Opinion and the Grade 1-placed 3-year-old Finnick the Fierce.
